Great Location and Friendly Staff

Staff gave quick communication before my arrival. During my stay staff ensured my stay was comfortable. The location is excellent and peaceful. It is just a few steps away from the square bustle. Breakfast was set and included all I needed to set up my day.
I found some small issues with the shower head in the shared bathroom.

Breakfast takes place on the roof, and it remains a delight. WiFi allowed me to upload photos, with occasional fails. The hotel has a terrace that is big with an area for breakfast and relaxing with views.

The location is in the middle of the market. A two-minute walk. The hotel is about two minutes walk from the excitement of the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. This location is fantastic even if I hear a lot of the activities.

prompt communications superb location extra towels
The location is superb I was just steps from the main square. Breakfast offered good choices, setting me up well each day. The staff responded quickly to requests. They brought extra towels promptly when I asked.
The air conditioning remote was not initially provided in the room.

amazing staff perfect location breakfast choices
The staff showed genuine care. The location allowed easy access to main attractions. The breakfast included sufficient choices to start the day. I really appreciated the simple things like the provision of a takeaway breakfast bag when I had an early departure.
The shower head in the shared shower room was broken though.

The staff were helpful. The breakfast included everything needed to start the day.
The AC was installed but there was no remote (what is the point?). the shared shower room had a broken shower head. I found these issues rather annoying.

The hotel staff was very helpful and communicative prior to arrival. They ensured our stay was comfortable in many ways, I appreciated this. The location is superb as it is peaceful and steps away from the main square. The accommodation has traditional charm and cleanliness.
The shower products were not provided, though the toilet papers were available.
